BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PARENT AGENCY AUTHORITY AND DEFINITIONS

The terms herein govern all engagements between the Client (the hiring party) and © BB AGENCY | MGMT (the Parent Agency) concerning the services of the Talent (the Asset). The Parent Agency acts as the authorized management and exclusive negotiator for the Talent.

1. BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Parent Agency Commission: A commission rate of 20% to 30% of the gross fee is applied to all contracts, based on the scope and usage requested.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due Net 30 (within 30 days of the invoice date). The Agency reserves the right to request a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm the Talent’s service, particularly for large or international projects.

Talent Fee: The remaining gross fee (70–80%) is payable directly to the Talent by the Agency after receiving the Client’s full payment, minus any applicable taxes or wire fees.

2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation fees are mandatory to protect the Talent’s scheduling and income:

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the contracted gross fee is due to the Agency.

  • Cancellation less than 72 hours notice: 50% of the contracted gross fee is due to the Agency.

  • Weather Cancellation: If a job is postponed due to weather, the Client pays 100% of the Talent’s hourly/day rate unless otherwise agreed.

3. USAGE, LICENSING, AND OWNERSHIP

All fees quoted are for the specific usage rights agreed upon (e.g., editorial, commercial, digital, print) for the term specified (e.g., 6 months, 1 year).

  • Usage Expiration: The Client must contact the Agency to negotiate and purchase new rights before the original term expires. Unauthorized extension of usage constitutes a legal breach of contract.

  • Image Ownership: The Talent retains all rights not expressly granted in the booking agreement. The Client may not use the Talent’s image for any purpose not defined in the contract.

4. TALENT PROTECTION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe, professional, and respectful work environment for the Talent at all times.

The Parent Agency reserves the absolute right to terminate the Talent’s services immediately, without penalty to the Parent Agency or the Talent, if the Talent feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the terms of the booking are materially breached by the Client.
